Amy began her career at a salon and spa in Newburyport, MA, where she received advanced training in color and haircutting from the salon owner, a master colorist and Matrix platform artist. During this time, she also became a Matrix color educator, which gave her the opportunity to collaborate with some of the industry’s top stylists at major trade shows. She later moved to Portsmouth, where she opened her first salon in 2002 and most recently launched Redhead Studio (formerly Samba Salon) in March 2016.

As a salon owner and wedding hair artist in Portsmouth, Amy focuses on building a supportive team of highly trained and creative stylists while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for clients. She continues to pursue advanced education to stay current with the latest color and hair design techniques. With years of training and experience, she has developed strong expertise in professional coloring and color correction. Redhead Mobile Salon also offers Portsmouth wedding hair packages, along with professional hair care services and products to help clients achieve both beautiful style and healthy hair.
